Hi everyone, my name is Nate. Currently, I have a full-time job as Sr. IT Project Manager and just completed my MBA from UC Irvine out in Southern California. Go Anteaters Class of 2016! I'm keen on the idea of creating passive streams of income through real-estate via value-add based investment strategies (i.e. BRRRR, house hacking). Since being introduced to BP's podcast back in 2014, I've been absolutely hooked and am curious to learn how to turn this interest in real-estate into a lucrative business.
