Central Florida real estate investor and commercial broker with 20+ years of experience and more than $65M in transactions since 2018. My investment experience includes multifamily, STRs, LTRs, fix-and-flips, value-add acquisitions, renovations, repositioning, underwriting, and hospitality-related opportunities. My brokerage background gives me an additional edge in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating commercial real estate deals. I’m currently focused on acquiring multifamily and other value-add investment opportunities throughout Central Florida and enjoy connecting with investors, lenders, operators, and capital partners.
