Lifelong computer and electronics geek both for fun and profit. I'm mostly retired from the tech field now, just part time consulting and advising. Finally decided to put my analytical and people management skills to work building other income streams in real estate. For fun, I build, fly, and crash model helicopters and planes. Experience: We closed on our first investment deal (a 12-unit multifamily) in Aug 2017 and partnered with others to buy on 24-unit building at the end of Feb 2018. We're also invested in a couple of note funds. As of Jan 2025, semi-retired from tech and looking to settling in California's Central Coast.
