Kris Lawhead

Army veteran and pilot based in North Idaho (Coeur d’Alene / Hayden). I've owned two fourplexes in Enterprise, Alabama, for about 10 years, managed remotely through a local property manager. Over that time I’ve raised rents steadily while keeping occupancy near 100%. I’m also co-owner of Forge Infrastructure, an excavation and site prep company, which gives me an edge on value-add and development deals. I’m currently working on a master’s in business with a real estate development emphasis.
