I am a real estate investor, developer and licensed broker, specializing in unconventional real estate. From 2007 to 2013, our real estate brokerage was one of the largest listing brokerages for REO properties, and SOLD over 4,600 REO properties in San Diego and Riverside Counties. We worked with over 40 lenders in the disposition of their foreclosed properties - Fannie, Freddie, HUD (and every bank). I currently buy, sell, fix, flip, hold, and invest in all kinds of properties throughout the US.
