My husband and I live in Arlington VA and have 3 young boys. I left my my job after 10 years in the hedge fund industry to be home with my youngest for a few years. In these years, I pivoted into real estate investing. After building my network in Pittsburgh and 3 years later, I bought a duplex which is thriving, BRRR'd a SFH also cash flowing nicely and successfully flipped a home. I am a real estate agent and am working on expanding my business here in Northern Virginia. I continue to look for opportunities to invest in Pittsburgh as well as locally.
