I am a real estate investor based in Colorado. I am also a REALTOR, a mobile notary loan signing agent, a licensed independent insurance agent, and a licensed mortgage loan originator. I bought my first long term rental property in November 2018, closely followed by a short term rental property in February 2019. I am also part of several syndications for long term and short term rentals. Some have been through the sunset exit process and some are still actively earning passive income. I do some private money lending between projects. I'm looking for more buy & hold investments and partners. I would like to connect with other investors, property managers, lenders, and real estate agents in the Front Range of Colorado, central Iowa, and the Hudson Valley region in upstate New York. I am an independent insurance agent who can assist you or your clients with property & liability or life, health, and accident insurance needs. I provide mobile notary service for loan refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and purchase/sale transactions in the northern Denver metro area and into the mountains towards Estes Park. As a REALTOR, I serve the Denver metro area and the northern Front Range, including Estes Park. As an insurance agent, I serve primarily the state of Colorado. My agency is also licensed in 13 other states. My husband is a pilot currently based in Washington DC at Dulles and we travel often! I really enjoy meeting up and chatting with other real estate investors during our travels or when they are visiting Colorado.
