I'm a sales manager in biotech with over 15 years experience in the pharma and biotech industry. I'm a chemical engineer by degree. I want to start investing in real estate for cash flow as well as appreciation in order to build wealth and generate passive income as my career sunsets. I have a passion for old homes and have renovated four of my own homes in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA, Lansdale, PA, and now Merchantville, NJ. I have completed one BRRR, a gut renovation near Temple U. I am interested in multi-family or single family BRRRR or fix n' flip opportunities in the South Jersey, and Philadelphia area.
