NMLS 804170 With more than a decade of lending experience in retail banking, Kris has built a knowledge-base specialized in investment real estate lending, both residential and commercial. Excited for the opportunity to assist clients in ways to best meet their individual needs, Kris launched KFP Investors LLC in 2021 as a licensed mortgage loan originator/broker. She is now is the Business Development Officer. In addition to her networking and coaching, she also regularly speaks to groups of real estate investors to improve their knowledge and resources in furthering their goals or in getting started. As a lending professional and real estate investor herself, she strives to offer education and resources to assist others in reaching their financial goals. Kris is an American Association of Private Lenders Certified Private Lending Associate, an American Banking Association certified commercial lender and underwriter, an International Banking Academy trained loan officer (passed with distinction), and is certified by the National Association of Commercial Underwriters. She is the proud mama of three amazing daughters, two bonus kids, and is happily married to the love of her life! As of this writing, the family has three beloved rescue dogs and a passion for animals of all kinds. Kris' hobbies include gardening, quilting, hiking, camping, and floating in the backyard pool. As a real estate investor herself, she also frequently tackles DIY home improvement projects.
