After a successful start as an active investor, I'm beginning a transition in 2025 to diversify my portfolio into passive investments including as an LP in syndications and as a private lender. My active investments are 2 buy-and-hold STRs (short-term rentals) in Killington, Vermont that I have owned since 2019. With these 2 properties, I replaced the income from my day job in software marketing and quit the corporate world in 2021.
