I am an active buy & hold real estate investor, with a focus on value-add multifamily (apartment) investments. I also have a full time (W2) job, in which I manage a team of software engineers at an enterprise software company (VMware). My portfolio currently consists of 52 units - 3 small apartment buildings, 1 quad, 1 duplex, and 4 SFRs. I own properties in Austin, TX; Kansas City, MO; and Cincinnati, OH. In addition, I am a passive investor in 7 multifamily syndications in several different markets across the US. I am on the slow and steady path to financial freedom, and being able to do what I enjoy most with my time.
