I love buying real estate! I think searching the MLS for deals is fun. Over the course of the last 14 years, I have done everything from being a residential landlord and property manager to a realtor to a rehabber and house flipper. Experience: I have been a real estate investor for over 10 years and I found not only do I enjoy making tired unloved homes beautiful again, I also enjoy helping people buy and sell their homes, so I became a realtor. I have owned a variety of investment properties: SFR rentals, duplexes, a condo, and a medical office. Currently, I flip and wholesale SFRs. Real Estate Goals: I would like to trade in my little green houses for a big red hotel by purchasing an apartment complex and other commercial real estate. As well as continue to expand my book of business as a realtor. Ambitious, I know. ; ) Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a good deal! I love buying real estate.
