Krystal Wakefield

I am originally from California. I moved to Texas with my husband in June 2015. I was a marketing coordinator for an online bid managing software for general contractors. I worked with a lot of general contractors and subs and created a lot of relationships. I moved to Las Vegas, and earned my business marketing degree and 3 months later got my real estate license in Texas. I worked with Keller Williams and am now with Arnold Elite, an investment friendly boutique brokerage. I have 10 rental properties this year and my portfolio keeps growing. I started really marketing and getting a ton of wholesale deals. I keep adding buy and holds to my portfolio every month. My goal was one a month, but I will surpass this goal. I now have a team of agents that specialize in areas all over DFW
