I have been a mortgage broker for 20 years and previously owned a property management company that managed over 1,000 units at its height. We have renovated and repositioned more than 500 units, including our own buildings as well as our clients. I also have a podcast, Get in the Cashflow Game with K&K, that I host with my husband where we focus on multifamily investing and creating generational wealth. My goal is to own large multifamily buildings (50+ units) and generate enough cashflow to support our lifestyle and have freedom to do what we want. We currently own 46 units ourselves and are a very small percentage owner in a 27 unit building. Our goal is to own at least 100 units in the next 1.5 years.
