K Smith

I'm a Design Engineer for a large company, often called a McGyver. I have been involved in the construction side of real estate for decades. Basically working for others who are buying, rebuilding, and flipping real estate. So I decided its time to start doing it for myself this time! I'm looking for a mentor that can help me best direct and focus my efforts. I have considerable construction experience in the real estate fields. Roofing, electrician, drywall, insulation, painting, bathroom &kitchen remodel, decks & ramps, framing, fences, and little bit of plumbing. I've haven't done everything, but I've seen a lot in my years and I'm hoping that experience will assist me here. I have a good job with income to fund the investment process, and the desire to get things done. So for those willing to pass on what they have learned, I will gladly listen. Thanks, Ken Smith
