I own five duplexes in the central Indianapolis area, all self managed with good long term tenants. I've found that vetting my own tenants and managing the properties myself has been the best strategy up to this point. I'm on BiggerPockets to network, further my financial knowledge, discover business partnership opportunites and find strategies to move me closer to purchasing larger rental properties. I would like to eventually invest in an apartment complex.
