I work with property owners to manage all aspects of their property maintenance needs, in addition to tenant relations, rent collections, evictions, occupancy inspections and repairs, etc. I also perform complete tenant make-readies, rehabs, clean-outs, remodeling, condo conversion project management and provide house sitting services to principals while they are away on extended leave.
