I've been investing in real estate for 13 years now. I currently have 21 units ( 3 duplexes, a 4-unit and an 8 unit, 3 single families). I have house hacked, rehabbed, built new construction, done airbnb, purchased properties with private notes, commercial loans, residential loans and a mixture. I am also a licensed real estate associate broker. I'm passionate about sharing my story and helping others break into the real estate investing industry that has dramatically changed my life!
