Starting on the financial side of commercial real estate provided me a solid foundation of understanding and analyzing complex deals, trends, and opportunities in a wide variety of markets that has extended to the multi family and residential market. My extensive marketing background provided me with insight on target market analysis when customizing or renovating a home.
