I currently have my NJ Real Estate license, My NJ Mortgage Loan Originator license: NMLS#1842326 and I am a NJ licensed Real Estate Appraiser. My day job is New Jersey Appraisers, LLC covering Ocean and Monmouth County NJ. I'm with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. on the Loan side (visit www.PRMI.net) and Duanno Realty in Toms River for Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions. ( I don't comingle; so please don't ask. However, I can refer you to a lot of great professionals).
