I own Chroma Property Management and have been a rental property owner in Portland, OR and Detroit, MI for the better part of a decade. I started Chroma Property Management in late 2019 to provide a more modern, technology-driven solution to full-service property management in the Portland Metro area. I started Chroma Maintenance in 2024 to provide general contracting services for properties we manage. We specializes in single-family and multi-unit throughout the region. I've become an expert and thought leader on Portland's complex regulatory environment and led sessions on rental regulation. I've taught classes to over 600 area brokers and partnered with Oregon Rental Housing Alliance and Investor's Lab to provide sessions to their members. I also have a good deal of expertise on Portland's ADU market and have written extensively about the subject for accessorydwellings.org.
