Jeff Kushner

Former USMC Scout/Sniper, currently working overseas (Middle East, Central/South Asia) in the private sector. Having spent the better part of the last 4+ years overseas, I'm looking for a change of scenery and an improvement in 'quality of life.' I plan on pursuing my commercial pilot certifications in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft as well as working towards completing my B.S. degree (starting both pursuits January, 2015 in Lake Worth, South Florida). Before the end of 2014, I plan on purchasing or building my first owner/occupant house as well as acquiring my first investment property. I love doing landscaping and yard work as well as minor home improvements for family and friends, so I'm hoping to acquire properties requiring rehab such that I can personally make improvements both indoor/out to really make it feel like home (for either me or a tenant!) while forcing some equity in the process.
