Im a professional pilot looking to buy a few rentals (4-10 doors). Im trying to safegard my income as I age (theres a lot that can medically disqualify a pilot from working), add cash flow during retirement years, and perhaps help fund my kid's college education. Im new, trying to learn as much as possible, and execute within the next 2-6 months
