About myself
I am a newbie with experience with buy-and-hold on a single family (Greensboro, NC) and a duplex (Washington, DC). I partnered with my parents to purchase my first home in Greensboro, NC because I didn't want to pay for rent my final year of college and I also wanted to show them REI is not as risky as they thought. I didn't know much but knew that the numbers added up. Fast forward to today, I have worked for a Fortune 50 company and now have transitioned into the non-profit but my interest in RE continues to stand.
