In 2008 after returning from deployment with the Army to Iraq, I decided to take control of my financial future by investing into real estate. I found a realtor through a family member and purchased my first 4 plex. There was a huge learning curve dealing with tenants and being my first piece of real estate I have ever owned. After purchasing my second investment property a year later through the same agent who was completely unfamiliar with real estate investment properties, I was pretty much on my own again, but this time with a lot more experience. It was then that I decided to become a Realtor and focus on helping investors not only buy investment properties, but to help give them the tools necessary to become a successful real estate investor and landlord. I have been working with investors both looking to acquire or liquidate investment properties in Southcentral Alaska for the last 8 years and have helped over 300 investors get one step closer to their investing goals.
