Kyle Soderman

Update: (11/03/17) My name is Kyle Soderman, I graduated from Saint Cloud State University in December 2016. I earned a bachelors degree majoring in Real Estate and minoring in Criminal Justice. I currently own a property in St. Cloud, MN which I "room hacked" until I graduated. I lived in 1 room and renting out the other 3. I moved back to Lino Lakes and now am fully renting my St. Cloud house! Currently looking for my next property to purchase in either the St. Cloud or Minneapolis (NE/West side/far north suburbs) I helped open a ninja warrior gym in Edina called Obstacle Academy. This venture began the summer of 2016 and I worked full time there for little over a year. I have since moved to working full time at my family's landscape supply business. I am now traveling consistently for various ninja warrior events including for the show American Ninja Warrior. I plan to continue my ventures with ninja warrior and continue to ramp up my RE investing business.
