I have been doing property management, and investing, for the last 11 years or so. I also manage 10 properties that my family owns. I received my real estate license to aid me with investing and I plan on acquiring enough rental units to become financially secure. Experience: I currently own 19 doors and manage 10 more, owned by my brother and sister in law. I have starting with flipping, as well, to raise more capital for investing. I have flipped only a handful but am learning and plan to do more until the market drops or subsides. Real Estate Goals: My current goal is to manage (personally owned or other) 40 units by the time I'm 40 years old (3.19.21) I'm up to 29:) I also want to have 100 doors by the time I turn 45 years old. Lastly, I want to get my brokers license and start managing other investors rentals. Currently Seeking: I'm interested in expanding my SFH portfolio with the longer term goal of getting into multi families, both of which for buy and hold. I’m also looking for local partnership opportunities for larger properties. I will be looking for REO's and rehabbing them for rentals and flips. I want to focus on multifamily properties this year (2019). I would like to acquire at least one apartment building, this year, using a 1031 exchange from the sale of a flip.
