I am active duty Air Force, currently stationed at Luke AFB in Phoenix, AZ. I have always loved real estate. My wife and I have bought a live in flip in each location that we’ve moved to. In April 2019 we acquired our first non-owner occupied REI property, a 4-unit multi-family near downtown Phoenix that was my real estate business’ first purchase. My side business in real estate started in April of 2019, specializing in multi-family investing. We currently have 4 investors (2 family and 2 non-family) and are looking to acquire our next investment property by May 1st, 2021. The goal is a 4-8 unit property. We look for distressed properties being rented below market for a true value add opportunity through renovation and increased rents. Besides real estate, I love spending time with my family, playing/watching sports, and traveling.. The dream one day is to build our own dream house, watch the kids grow up, and then build upon our travels to see the world.
