How they make you pick just one Real Estate Occupation from that list?! My wife and I are musicians, worship pastors and real estate junkies living in Honolulu, HI :) I've also had my own construction/remodeling business for the last 15 years. We moved here at the beginning of 2020 to help a growing church before things got weird. But, still doing what we do and loving it. Networking in our local region looking to flip here and buy and hold rentals on the mainland, primarily in Wichita and Kansas City, Kansas where our family lives. Our desire is to be at a place where passive income is flowing in at a level where a church doesn't need to pay for all of our needs, but we could be free to serve, give, travel, etc. We have two little girls 7 & 5 who are crazy awesome!
