About myself
I have been interested and involved in Real estate for 20 years in one fashion or another. had a flooring business for awhile, still have a rental in the midwest but currently residing in AZ. Currently sitting on some money that I need to find the right deals for, want to do some flips in the Phoenix area and slowly turn that into buy and hold for the residual income.
