Over the past 7 years, I have asset managed an 11-property, 15-unit student housing portfolio (~75 beds) near the University of Cincinnati, bringing property management fully in-house over the last year. Through Foundry Street, we are currently executing a simultaneous fix-and-flip and wholetail project, with an eye toward future CoLiving repositioning in Cincinnati and Columbus. My focus isn't on chasing vanity unit counts. I am focused on building a durable, process-driven real estate business centered on long-term wealth, operational precision, and strong systems.
