Kyle Fickenwirth

I am currently an engineer working in electronics manufacturing as my full time job. Over the past 8 years my wife and I have purchased 40 doors, 12 mini storage units, and have been managing an additional 13 doors for the past five years. We have been specializing in small multi-family with LARGE renovations, and now mobile home parks. My wife is also a licensed Realtor for Idaho and Washington, and is part of a team that specializes in mobile home parks. We are always on the lookout for additional multi family complexes or mobile home parks to buy.
