I discovered the magic of real estate like many others, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in the summer of 2020. A few months later, in February 2021, I learned about wholesaling through TikTok and took immediate action. I closed my first deal just a few months later, in July 2021. Real estate took a back seat while I finished my degree at Florida State University, but after graduating in 2022 with Magna Cum Laude honors, I jumped back in and closed my second wholesale deal that November. From there, after a few more months, I decided to make things official by getting my real estate license, even though I didn’t know much about the licensing process at the time. I passed all my tests on the first try and I became a licensed agent in September 2023 and joined a team at Keller Williams. I shifted my focus to becoming the best agent I could be and temporarily stepped away from investing to fully serve my clients. Between September 2023 and June 2025, I closed 19 transactions and sold $4.3 million in real estate. In June 2025, I made the decision to re-focus my efforts on real estate investing once again.
