I am a lender / investor. I am licensed and do business in many states all over the country and enjoy working with anyone from first time buyers to seasoned investors. My absolute favorite deals are when I can combine the two and help first time buyers househack their first rental property! I do a lot of DSCR, down payment assistance, and also love helping Veterans. I have househacked myself and believe it is the best way to get into RE investing. I currently have three units (working on building a 4th). A mix of long term and furnished mid term. I previously househacked a duplex near Seattle that is now performing at a 50% COCROI!
