New to investing as of 2023. I am a financial advisor by day and real estate investor by night. The daily grind and addition of our daughter and son to the family has left me looking for other opportunities to get out of my W2, own my time better, and create a legacy business. I am interested in long-term passive income and equity appreciation with my rentals. I also have a small wholesaling business. My goal is buy and hold small Multi-family properties with interests in medium-term rentals. When I'm not working as an advisor or REI, you can find me on a golf course or on the back of one of our 4 horses.
