Kyle Petteway

Central Florida native, I grew up in Mt. Dora, went to High School in Longwood (Lake Brantley) currently residing in the Orlando area. I have worked in real estate since graduating from UCF with a B.A. in Psychology. I have done or am doing everything from property management, flips, renovations, leasing, sales, investing, acquisitions for publicly traded REITs. I grew up in the real estate business (family of brokers/realtors/home inspector), it's in my blood and I can say I honestly enjoy the whole process- not just the end goals. I attend local REI meetings and am also active in Toastmasters. In my spare time I am a big reader, I love ancient history, anything investing mostly stocks/real estate, psychology, philosophy ( everything, Epictetus - Nietzsche). Overall I am very passionate about being the best "me" that I can be, financial freedom through real estate is helping me do that with the added benefit that it's really rewarding and an enjoyable process.
