I got my start in real estate in 2012 when I bought my first home in Utah. My wife and I lived on the main level and rented out the basement. After 3 years of living in the house we made the needed repairs and sold it for a great profit. I've had the real estate bug ever since. I graduated college with a Masters in Accounting and eventually got my CPA. I currently have my own bookkeeping and accounting business, but my ultimate goal is flip and wholesale houses and obtain rentals in the process.
