I first knew I wanted to invest in real estate in high school. Got my salesperson license in 2013 and bought my first 4 plex in 2014. I now have my brokers license and want to buy more properties more often. I have a beautiful little girl and loving wife. I have mostly invested in my local town in upstate NY but am now looking for out of state long term hold investments in southern us markets. Looking partners and to build a team and investing business in southern markets(currently focusing on central Florida but also looking at KS, NC triangle, and Texas).
