Rental Property Investor
I am 30, from Green Bay, and own 2 duplexes in Green Bay that I self-manage. 1 of those duplexes I owner-occupy. My upcoming deals will be: 1. Short term: Green Bay multi-family 2. Short term: Short term vacation rentals in Nashville so I can go there whenever I want 3. Medium term: My own house in GB 4. Long term: Look into other options such as commercial properties in GB, other vaca rentals, other markets, etc.
