I joined BP to learn about Real Estate investing. I'm most interested in the Buy & Hold strategy for single family and potentially multi-unit properties in B/B- areas. I welcome the chance to connect with agents/brokers, wholesalers, property managers, lenders with local credit unions, etc. Interested in primarily in the Louisville (and Southern Indiana) market. Will consider the Lexington, KY and Cincinnati, OH markets as well. Thanks! Experience: I'm learning from BP, books, podcasts, networking, local REIA etc. Real Estate Goals: The strategies that have most peaked my interest are Buy + Hold and BRRRR. While I love my W2 position in the commercial flooring industry, my intention is to cultivate a portfolio that will allow for complete financial freedom and a legacy to leave for my daughter and son. Currently Seeking: Single family value-add buy & hold opportunities…deals, potential partners, potential financing.
