Currently working on becoming a real estate agent at the moment. Looking to get a decent amount of education In the art of real estate before diving in. Mostly interested in Multi Family Units, but am not opposed to all aspects of real estate. I want to create a sustainable cash flow while raising the capital to increase my portfolio as time goes on. Not looking for a "get rich quick" scheme or to make a fast buck. Want to establish a good long term relationship with tenants, investors, and my peers!
