Boston-based real estate agent and house hacker. A little bit about me: I fell in love with real estate when I took the plunge and purchased my first house. With no experience, I bought a real fixer-upper as a live-in flip. When the renovation was complete, I got my real estate license to sell the house myself. What I made on this single transaction was enough to pay off my student loans— that changed my life. Since catching the real estate bug, I’ve continued to house hack (4 so far) and even flipped over 20 houses. This has put me on the path towards financial freedom.
