Hello, I am extremely new to real estate and investing. I am doing my best to listen to the BP podcast as often as possible. My goal is to gain my financial freedom with rental properties. I want to hit earning $50k a year in passive income. I currently work full time, I am a husband to a wonderful wife that is currently in nursing school and we have 3 amazing children which is all crazy business to be real. I am looking to read, learn and get started. I have less than $900 left in credit card debt after that a car loan and a $160k mortgage and a 778 credit score. Not quite sure how to get going.
