I am a long time BP postcast listener determined to take massive action and establish myself as a competent operator in the re-hab/value-add residential investment space. I have created a business with a long time contractor friend that will focus on the space between "fix & flip" and spec ground up construction. Specifically, we are looking for value-add opportunities to increase total square footage (i.e. room additions, accessory dwelling units, second floor additions, etc.) We operate in the five main Southern California counties across 85 cities with an appetite for 30 - 35 deals per year.
