Hi 👋 I’m Kyle. Im new to STR real estate investing but I’ve read much about it. Im here to network with other like-minded investors and continue my journey in REI. I’ve read several books from bigger pockets and other sources. But This hasn’t been my first rental. My wife and I bought our first home in 2015 and then LTR’d it for four years before selling in 2022. I bought my second primary home in Raleigh NC with a VA Loan. After a year, my wife and I decided purchase a vacation property while utilizing it as a STR. Our current goal is to gain cash flow from our first STR property, gain experience in this space, mature our business to purchase out third home, and continue this process each year. We understand this process is slow but we’re determined! Our current interests here are to learn about financing options, understanding the best techniques for evaluating deals, and STR strategies to add value and make the most of the properties we own. We also want to network with others and our open to mentorship. We happy to be here and share our experience(s)!
