I'm originally from Hot Springs, AR. I am now living in Kaneohe. HI. I was pointed to BiggerPockets by a colleague of mine and have been going 100 mph into REI from the minute I first logged on. I'm planning on focusing on buy-and-hold SFR to supplement our retirement. Experience: We currently have 4 long-term SFRs and a short-term vacation rental. The 5 properties are located in CO, WA, AR, and TN, and I've never seen 2 of the them. Real Estate Goals: Short-term my goal is to buy and hold SFH and Small-MFHs. Long-term I would like to own enough properties with enough cash flows to supplement our retirement. Currently Seeking: Ways to continue to build our passive real estate investment portfolio.
