Hello. My name is Ben Haberman. Purchased my first 2 bed/2 bath house in 2009. Purchased my second brand new 3 bed 2 bath rancher in 2014. Converted my first purchase to a rental property. In 2014, I also purchased a duplex to add to my rental portfolio. After being a realtor for 2 years, in 2015 I finally did my first flip. 27% return and went under contract in 7 days :). As of May 2018 I have done a total of 10 flips, bought 2 more duplexes and a single family.
