I'm 42 years old. I'm working as a nurse but want to evolve beyond that vocation into something more lucrative. I'm currently planning to take a real estate course in the fall of 2021, however, the more i listen to the BP podcast the more I realize that that may not have be necessary. Hopefully I can learn enough here to NOT make too many or any major blunders in my first several investments
