Hi! My name is Lacee I have been investing in real estate with my husband (Matt Faix) since 2014. We both have full time W2 jobs as IT professionals, but our passion is with our real estate business! Experience: Our business model is with "buy and holds" -- we currently own 7 units in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We renovated our last home, and now are doing a full live-in flip again....this time with two toddlers :) Real Estate Goals: We are focused on purchasing buy and hold multifamily properties and/or apartment buildings.
