I enjoy the world of real estate! I had a property in Albany, Ny. It was supposed to be a fix and flip. I had many issues with the rehab and unfortunately I didnt know enough about the business...it ended up being a rental! I kept it for 9 years as it produced great cashflow after holding costs. Though I got lucky, its important to always keep calm and push through obstacles. I sold the property a couple years ago. All in all I had a great experience and learned a great deal. Now I'm back into the REI game for good! Im interested in rentals and rehabs, I also continue to educate myself while networking and looking for deals. Financial Freedom is the name of the game!
